REAISM Reverse Search
Instead of starting with filters, explain the outcome you want. REAISM interprets the request and translates it into relevant criteria.
“I need a 2-bedroom place within 20 minutes of my job, under $2,200, allows dogs, has parking, and is close to a gym.”
“Find me a 4,000–7,000-square-foot building for a martial-arts and entertainment studio with high ceilings, parking, under $12,000 per month, within 10 miles of Palmdale.”
Criteria
“What do you need to say, accomplish, communicate, perform, or be heard about?”
AIR can also help you look for quiet:
“Who are you actually looking for?”
Describe the person, professional, creator, business, community, product or service you actually need.
